The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) is seeking a regular, part-time Custodian I scheduled 25 hours per week. The Custodian I provides custodial and support services for all OMSI facilities, activities, and events. Custodial staff serve to help ensure that OMSI provides a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all guests and staff.

Qualifications Qualified candidates will have, but not limited to:

Business Practices:

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;

Strong customer service and communication skills;

Ability to adhere to confidentiality, protocol, and community agreements;

Ability to pivot between individual and team work;

Ability to model and support a positive team dynamic with paid and unpaid staff.;

Custodial Skills:

Working knowledge with operating and maintaining custodial tools;

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve custodial-related issues;

Ability to learn and follow safety and protocol regulations.
