Give A Crap – Delight others by owning your role and saying yes. Take pride in how you appear & act & every other detail of the job. Be on time, attentive, & enthusiastic. Act as if the buck stops with you on every aspect of the job.

Chase Perfection – Chase perfection knowing full well we will not reach it, but along the way we will catch excellence. Have a sense of urgency; Go‑Forth Time – right now might be the only time you have to get it right.

Dig Deeper – Be an action‑oriented professional that makes decisions based on evidence rather than stories & assumptions. Stay curious. Data can speak for itself. Understand the cause of the fire rather than rushing to extinguish it.

Face it, Fix It – Confront challenges directly and address issues head‑on. A bias for action and powerful conversations drive our progress. It’s about getting it right rather than being right.

JOB SUMMARY The Entry‑Level AI Product Builder will create, update, and maintain Go‑Forth’s next‑generation internal AI‑driven tools and automations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious about AI and excited to contribute to real‑world projects. This position combines technical curiosity, systems thinking, and an understanding of AI prompting to develop scalable, reliable, and business‑impactful solutions. The builder will design, test, deploy, fix and redeploy AI‑powered applications, quickly, that enforce accountability, surface blind spots, and amplify human potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build using AI: Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to identify real‑world needs and design solutions that reduce friction and make the business more effective. Build AI‑enabled modules such as billing portals, reconciliation tools, approval workflows, and contract generators.

Products that fix problems: Translate complex requirements into simple AI‑enabled tools that deliver measurable ROI. Train and support teams in adopting these solutions, ensuring successful handoffs and sustained adoption.

AI Prompting: Design, draft, and refine AI prompts that deliver reliable, repeatable outputs. Test, version, and document prompts as building blocks of our internal CRM and automation systems. Ensure every prompt enforces accountability, checks for accuracy, and includes guardrails to prevent errors.

Product Development: Preserve business workflows as they integrate with people and existing systems (such as FieldRoutes, QuickBooks, and other operational platforms). Ensure integrations are stable, well‑documented, and monitored for ongoing reliability.

System Design & Reliability: Prioritize speed and accuracy, embedding validation checks, exception flags, and self‑monitoring into every workflow. Guarantee that each solution not only works in the moment but continues to perform under scale and stress.

Creative Work: Create minimum viable products, mockups, and draft content using AI tools to accelerate idea testing and product development. Generate creative assets that allow Go‑Forth to evaluate concepts quickly and with minimal friction. Use prompt engineering to turn rough ideas into tangible outputs that leadership and teams can react to, refine, and scale.

Innovation & Scaling: Surface blind spots and opportunities by using AI to uncover hidden patterns in customer, technician, or operational data. Scale successful pilots into enterprise‑ready systems that multiply human potential and create lasting business impact.
