Delivery Drivers Keep Aaron’s Moving This isn’t some tedious desk job. On our team, you’ll be inside, outside, driving, installing, showing customers how to use merchandise, and much more. Since this position is store‑based, you’ll also support the store by assisting with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. Every day will be different, but you’ll connect with lots of good people in our community along the way.

The Details What You Need
Solid communication skills
Working knowledge of electronics
Desire to help customers
What You’ll Do
Load, secure, and protect merchandise
Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
Safely operate delivery vehicle
Assist in store when needed
Additional Requirements
Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
HS diploma or equivalent preferred
Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun
A valid driver’s license is required, but not a CDL
No overnight travel
Salary The salary range for this role is $14.25 to $15.00 per hour.
Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
