WAITER/WAITRESS
positions in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves taking food and beverage orders and delivering items to dining room guests with a focus on service excellence.
Location & Schedule
Address: 8225 East Indian Bend Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85250
Schedule: Part‑time, 6:30 am–2:30 pm or 11:30 am–7:30 pm (days may vary, details upon interview)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Requirement: Previous serving experience preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and take orders efficiently
Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining sanitation standards
Provide menu knowledge, suggest combinations, and accommodate dietary requests
Communicate specials and special requests to back‑of‑house staff
Handle cash and collect tickets following proper procedures
Promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
Address guest complaints and relay them to the supervisor
Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
Collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours and shift schedules
Reliability and a positive attitude toward teamwork
