Job Overview As an Applebee's Dishwasher / General Utility, you will help keep our back‑of‑house clean and operating smoothly. You should be a great communicator, able to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, and ready to work hard while having a great time.
Responsibilities
Keep the back‑of‑house area clean and organized.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Effective communication skills.
Committed to making an impact.
Physical Standards Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Must work frequently in a hot and damp environment and possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment. Must be able to wear protective hand coverings throughout the entire shift, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies. Must wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout the shift and wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently.
