Job Description As an Applebee's Bartender, you will be mixing outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring both staff and customers receive the best possible drinks. You will be friendly to staff and customers, creating a great bar experience while working hard and enjoying the job.
Mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to established standards.
Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
Maintain a friendly and professional bar environment.
Adhere to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
Excellent communication skills.
Commitment to making an impact.

Physical Standards
Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 4 hours per shift.
Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining staff.
Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks for the entire shift.
Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
