Overview
General Tree Care Groundsperson position with SavATree. You will be involved in all aspects of pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care services. You will operate equipment safely, perform assigned tasks efficiently, and provide exceptional service to clients. You will work outdoors on properties and collaborate with a team of professionals.

Responsibilities
Perform pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
Operate tree care equipment and vehicles following safety procedures.
Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality service on client properties.
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of proper use of General Tree Care equipment.
Experience with landscaping and safe lifting techniques; knowledge of carrying and stacking brush on client properties.
Basic tree identification knowledge (a plus).
Knowledge of knots: Weaver Knot, Clove Hitch, Gilhooligan Knot.
Experience with pruning equipment (hand snips, pruners, pole saws, etc.).
What Is Essential
Willingness to complete required trainings to obtain certifications/licenses.
Desire to work outdoors.
Valid driver’s license to operate service vehicles (CDL a plus).
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
Physical Demands These physical demands must be met to perform essential functions. The role regularly requires lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
