Team Member Benefits

Competitive base pay: $24 - $26 per hour, depending on experience and license

Chauffeur's License and valid MDOT required (company will assist in acquiring both)

Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability

Duration Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

Drive Non-CDL salt trucks to distribute salt and de-icing materials on commercial parking lots

Monitor weather conditions and parking lot surfaces to ensure timely response

Play a vital role in keeping our community safe during winter

Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards

Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner

Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning

Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed

Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Valid Chauffeur's License (company will assist in acquiring one)

Valid MDOT (company will assist in acquiring one)
