Weekend Caregiver in Naples

Community Resource Network of Florida is looking for a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable and is committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life.

We are currently looking for

weekend support

for

three young individuals

who need assistance with

safety supervision, activities of daily living, and community outings . They enjoy

a music, simple games, and hands‑on activities .

This is an

independent contractor position

and pays

$16.00 per hour .

Schedule: Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday) 3–4 hour shifts available

You will be a good fitfor thisposition if you:

Have a positive outlook and contagious energy

Demonstrate patience and compassion

Responsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:

Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities

Ensuring individuals’ safety and maintaining a safe living environment

Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events, community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments

Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization

Complete daily progress notes

Qualifications and Skills

Valid driver’s license

Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening

Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.

Have a High School diploma or equivalent

Are 18 years of age or older
