Aspire of WNY is seeking relief Employment Specialists (Job Coaches) to provide person centered job development, training, advocacy and other supports for individuals working toward or have acquired paid employment in the community.
Responsibilities include providing direct support services to people with specific vocational support needs, creatively work with potential employers to build appropriate relations and create opportunities for successful employment for the people supported, provide on-site job coaching, complete reports and submit those reports for billing purposes on a timely basis, and maintain communication with involved individuals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2 years applicable experience working with adults with disabilities, preferably in job training and employment settings
Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
