In a child care program, floaters are responsible for helping out in classrooms and around the school. The floater position is essential to a high quality early childhood education center and this role is often the glue that holds everything together.

Interact with children Assist during classroom transitions Cover breaks and/or planning time Substitute for teachers when they are out Clean and organize Position Details
