- Serves as a main point of contact to students and provides information about educational

options and academic requirements* Bachelor's Degree* Demonstrated experience in supporting efforts to create a diverse and inclusive community* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of the job* Demonstrated computer proficiency with the ability to use databases, spreadsheets and software applications* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Two years' experience in K-12 school(s), higher education or other educational organizations working with low-income, first generational, English language learners, or new immigrant populations* Experience with grant or federally funded educational programs* Experience working with high school students* Experience in event planning* Bilingual, preferably in Spanish, Hmong, Somali or OneidaThe home campus of this position is Green Bay. Position is a full-time Academic Staff appointment. A pre-employment education check which includes, but is not limited to, the verification of academic credentials will be conducted on the finalist(s).
