Our Conveyor Belt Services division is growing, and we are looking for an experienced
Conveyor Belt Technician
to join our field team and help elevate the speed, quality, and safety of our belt splicing and heavy‑duty conveyor services.

Work with a trusted industry leader in mining & industrial field services
What you’ll do:
Install, service, and repair conveyor belt systems across mining and industrial environments
Perform
efficient, high‑quality belt splicing
(mechanical & vulcanized) on heavy‑duty belting
Conduct routine maintenance, preventative inspections, and system troubleshooting
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Operate hand tools, power tools, vulcanizers, and specialty splicing equipment
Support shutdowns, system assembly/disassembly, and emergency repair needs
Ensure full compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and company safety standards
Document all service work, inspections, and repairs clearly and accurately
Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ongoing risk assessments
Maintain an organized work area and proper handling of materials and tools
Communicate progress, issues, and safety concerns with supervisors and clients
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
What you bring:
High school diploma or GED
2-10 years of conveyor belt splicing, installation and repairs
Strong proficiency in belt splicing —hot/cold vulcanizing & mechanical fastening
Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and procedures
Familiarity with industrial safety practices and regulations
Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed
Ability to safely lift
75–100 lbs frequently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
