Pay scale of $16.20–$20.70/hour
depending on training, education and experience.
This position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool.
Benefits include medical coverage, PTO, up to 5% 401(k) match and tuition reimbursement. Application deadline: 12/29/25 @ 11:59 PM local time. Primary Responsibilities
Conduct pre‑donation medical screening. Interact with and respond to customer needs. Assess donor suitability and engage in set‑up. Provide appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates. Ensure all donor screening information is complete. Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Interest in making a difference in the world. Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable. Agency & Recruiter Notice
