Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience supporting VOIP systems (SIP, RTP, PBX)
Strong troubleshooting skills with routers, switches, and firewalls
Experience with tools like Wireshark, Asterisk, or FreePBX
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and QoS principles
Excellent communication and customer support skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with hosted or cloud‑based VOIP solutions (e.g., RingCentral, 8x8, Teams Voice)
Understanding of Linux and Windows Server environments
Knowledge of call routing, trunking, and number provisioning
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar
