The Field Support Representative will collaborate with the work team for on-site project delivery and coordinate with contractor and/or applicator regarding planning and scheduling to meet project phase(s) and sequence.
**Essential Functions*** Manage all aspects of project application field delivery for Specialty Products* Facilitate agency, contractor and applicator training and development to ensure proper product applications to meet or exceed all quality standards while adhering to all safety protocols* Record and file field reports* Identify relevant projects, maintain project plans, project tracking, produce project profiles, related documents, and summary reports along with periodic project review inspections* Plan and execute travel schedules to support multiple and simultaneous project activities* *Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.*
**Education Qualifications*** Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineer or related field preferred
**Experience Qualifications*** 5+ years relevant work experience required* Hot mix asphalt or field paving experience preferred* Experience with successful project management, inclusive of project estimates for material requirements and deliverables required
**Skills and Abilities*** Customer focused approach* Collaborative mindset* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
