Outdoor Activity Tutor at Releasing Potential Make a Real Difference in Children’s Lives Outdoor Activity Tutor Releasing Potential – Changing lives through outdoor learning Are you passionate about the outdoors and motivated to make a real difference in young people’s lives? At Releasing Potential, we use outdoor education as a powerful tool to support students aged 11–18 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. We work across Hampshire and West Sussex, creating inclusive learning environments where young people can grow, achieve, and reconnect with education.

Every young person we work with has an Education, Health, and Care Plan and many have faced significant barriers to learning. Through small-group and 1:1 outdoor sessions, we help them rebuild confidence, develop new skills, and discover their strengths.
