We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable housekeepers to join our Nashville operations team. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing our vacation rental properties between guest stays, ensuring each home meets Unwind’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean and reset properties according to Unwind’s luxury standards. Follow daily assignments and checklists via Breezeway software. Communicate status updates and issues through Breezeway. Report damages, missing items, or maintenance needs to the Quality Assurance Manager. Work in coordination with the Regional Supervisor to meet scheduling needs based on the rental calendar. Ensure all linens, amenities, and supplies are stocked and properly placed. Perform deep cleans and turnover cleans as scheduled. Stage all homes to the Unwind standard. Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all guest-facing or team interactions. QUALIFICATIONS
Prior housekeeping experience (vacation rentals or hospitality preferred). Strong attention to detail and time management. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks. A short video introduction is highly encouraged as part of the application. $30.00 - $40.00 hourly - independent contractor Schedule:
