You’ll accurately handle transactions in our retail store and museum, maintain accurate store inventory and assist customers. Primary responsibilities include:
Assisting customers in a knowledgeable and friendly manner
Responding to phone calls, transfers, take orders and handle customer complaints appropriately
Coordinating and delivering tours in a professional and efficient manner
Handling alerts for necessary emergency procedures according to company policy
Coordinating vendors, deliveries and coin sales with the appropriate personnel
Maintaining an orderly and functional work area
Performing within established production and quality standards
Qualified applicant will have:
Two years of college or experience in Customer Service/Sales
1-3 years’ experience in an office setting
Knowledge of basic math
Completion of necessary training (will provide)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must look and act professional at all times
Effective communication and listening skills
