Position Overview OTF Yukon is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts in a BRAND NEW STUDIO! Opening spring 2026!

Requirements

No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.

We’re looking for individuals who can g e n u I n e l y connect with and motivate others. Soul crushing haters need not apply.

About Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.

We Offer

Compensation:

Listed pay of $25 to $65 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.

Cash Incentives : Customer referrals, employee referrals and regular performance reviews with potential pay increases.

Direct Career Track : Six-month track to become a Head Fitness Coach with pay increase.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach

Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts

Help members set and achieve goals

Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t

Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing

Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
