Line Cook AM Shift $18.00 / Hour Full-time or Part-Time Shifts Available 2 weeks PTO (Paid Time Off) Immediate Hiring Great Advancement Opportunities
We are currently hiring for Line Cooks to work at our restaurants inside the CID Airport. The shift we are looking to fill has a 3:45 AM start time.
Responsibilities
Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items.
Maintain proper and adequate set‑up of the kitchen/station daily.
Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments.
Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
Set up, regularly maintain, clean, and break down any machinery and equipment.
Maintain stock, cut, and store all perishables daily to ensure product quality.
Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
Take responsibility for quality of products served.
Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
One year experience working in a food service environment.
High school diploma preferred.
Verbal and written communication essential.
Ability to read, speak, and understand English to communicate with guests and take orders.
Basic mathematical skills.
Brand Certification as required.
Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time.
