Job Description Join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant in the heart of Gatlinburg, United States! We\'re looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner

Prepare and serve a breakfast and lunch according to tour flow

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area, service stations, and equipment

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events

Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns

Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Food handling certification (if required by local regulations)

Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Team player with strong communication skills

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
