Monday‑Friday, First call 7:30 am with scheduled after‑hours rotation

Position Summary This role will run their own fully equipped van, manage top‑tier tools, and lead the way in providing permanent drain cleaning solutions for our customers! This is more than a job – it is a leadership opportunity with room for growth!
Duties & Responsibilities
Meet with customers, evaluate their needs, and recommend solutions
Diagnose drain system issues and perform the necessary work
Present multiple permanent solutions to prevent future problems
Operate and maintain a fully equipped service van and tools
Lead by example and mentor future team members
Deliver exceptional customer service
Comply with all safety rules
Perform all other duties assigned to this role
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with plumbing
Thrives in an environment of teamwork and accountability
Willingness to travel
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to physically carry, lift, and push up to 200 lbs
Frequently required to stand and walk
Frequently required to bend, reach, stoop, or crawl
Perform repetitive motions using hands and fingers such as grasping, gripping, and holding
