Senior Client Partner @ ACL Digital | Driving Talent Acquisition Strategies
Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 – onsite
Weekly Hours – 17.5 hours per week (3.5 hours per day)
Pay Rate: $28/hr on W2
Duration: 3 months with possible extension due to leave
Base pay range $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Requirements
Must have experience with Harvard FAS systems [Buy2Pay & Concur]
Ability to accurately take notes in meetings
Experience making Travel arrangements (Harvard Travel Arrangements)
Responsibilities This part-time position is in the Director’s Office of the Peabody Museum, reporting to the Director. This position provides direct administrative support – including managing schedules, organizing complex meetings, supporting community consultation visits, arranging travel, note‑taking, ordering supplies, restocking supplies, arranging meetings, and taking on emergent special projects for the director and senior staff.
*Projected 3-month assignment with potential to alter depending on return from leave. Assignment length depends on the employee's date of return from medical leave.
Description Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures. Serves as principal source of information on unit, project or program. Gathers and maintains data for and assists in preparing reports, often using a variety of computer software. Prepares and maintains financial, personnel, administrative, student records. Provides for smooth day to day flow of communications within the department. May compose, proofread, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other materials using word processing, spreadsheets and or databases. Arranges for use of facilities and plans meetings, conferences and seminars. Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing clerical or administrative duties as required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to handle complex and confidential information. Competency using a variety of office computer software. Requires intermediate to advanced knowledge of email calendar, word processing, spreadsheets. Prior office experience required.
