The lake life is calling! Horseshoe Bay Resort is looking for a high-energy, safety-conscious Comfort Station Attendant to manage our Snack Shack outlets. Nestled within our award-winning golf courses and recreational areas, you will be the go-to person for guests looking to refuel and recharge. Guest Service: Greet every guest with a warm smile and provide efficient, courteous service. F&B Operations: Prepare and serve snacks (hot dogs, chips, candy) and mix simple alcoholic beverages in strict accordance with local laws and safety standards. Financial Integrity: Operate the POS system, handling cash and credit card transactions with 100% accuracy. Facility Stewardship: Maintain an immaculate "Snack Shack" by wiping surfaces, sweeping, and managing trash to meet 4‑Diamond cleanliness standards. Inventory Management: Proactively monitor stock levels and restock supplies throughout the day to ensure we never miss a beat. Safety & Readiness: Maintain a high level of situational awareness, assessing outdoor conditions and responding quickly to any guest needs or emergencies. What You Bring To The Team
Age 16+ with a professional demeanor and a team‑first attitude. Certifications: Current Lifeguard Training and First Aid/CPR certifications are required. AED certification is highly preferred. Experience: At least 1 month of related experience in food service or guest relations. Communication: Proficiency in verbal and written English; ability to interact comfortably with guests of all ages and backgrounds. Physicality: Fit and agile; must be able to work outdoors in various Texas weather conditions and lift/move up to 45 lbs.
