Overview
Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) is a private, nonprofit organization that inspires young people through hands‑on conservation service. MCC offers crew‑based programming that uses natural resource and community service projects to foster personal and crew development. and ends on
10/16/2026 . The program provides leadership development to leaders and members while focusing on supporting community engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist in the completion of MCC natural resource projects, including maintaining trails, treating invasive species, building fences, and operating chainsaws to reduce wildfire risks by thinning trees.
Camp for most of the term, often in remote locations, and work on varied terrain and in all weather conditions.
Participate in natural disaster relief deployments when required.
