Line Cooks

Responsibilities
Prepare and execute each menu selection with consistency to delight our guests
Have an authentic enthusiasm for food and a genuine concern for the needs of our guests
Work efficiently and effectively
Assist with keeping the kitchen organized and clean
Have strong knowledge of how to set up, break down and maintain your individual station
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times
Skills and Experience
Schedule availability to include working days, nights and weekends
Friendly, energetic and detail-oriented
Passion for hospitality and food
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and initiative
Ability to retain and recall detailed information
Working in a fast paced, enthusiastic work environment
