As an Automotive Detailer, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and reconditioning both new and pre-owned vehicles, preparing them for delivery to customers or the sales floor. This role is crucial to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors using proper equipment and techniques (washing, waxing, vacuuming, etc.)
Perform full detailing services including buffing, polishing, and shampooing carpets
Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and supplies
Apply protective finishes to exteriors and interiors when needed
Move vehicles around the dealership lot as needed
Assist service and sales departments with vehicle preparation for customer delivery
Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in automotive detailing or a similar role
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
