Pay Range:
$18.21 – $20.00 per hour
Requirements:
1–2 years of baking experience

Job Summary Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets; assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards, and using proper equipment.
Complete production records to include waste tracking and part‑used/unused portions; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
Maintain proper presentation, food quality, portion control, and maintain serving temperatures.
Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils within the work area.
Handle food items appropriately and in compliance with all safety regulations during preparation and service.
Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments; keep display equipment clean and free of debris.
Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, customer‑service oriented manner; relay concerns directly to supervisors.
Consistently demonstrate the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.
Check that all food is presented, served, and displayed per standards.
Follow principles of sanitation and food safety, ensuring corporate and OSHA standards are met.
Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
