Why This Role Matters As an Art Production Assistant you bring creative visions to life fast, flawlessly, and at scale. You are the hands, eyes, and operational energy behind our art team—ensuring the entire creative process runs smoothly from prep to wrap.

What You’ll Do

Source, organize, track, and maintain props and décor items.

Assist with prop shopping, shipping (receivables), pickups, returns, and vendor coordination.

Keep the art inventory labeled, accessible, and fully stocked.

Move props, break down sets, rearrange layouts, dress sets, and troubleshoot visual issues.

Help with quick set adjustments, resets, continuity checks, and last‑minute adjustments.

Provide on‑set support for Art Directors and Set Designers.

Assist in prepping, dressing, and maintaining sets for shoots.

Follow mood boards and creative direction to execute the desired look and feel.

Ensure sets are consistent, clean, organized, and camera‑ready.

Keep art rooms, storage areas, and workspaces neat and production‑ready.

Document prop usage and track expenses as needed.

Support packing/unpacking for multi‑set, high‑volume shoot days.

Work closely with producers, photographers, videographers, and stylists.

Communicate needs and challenges clearly to keep shoots running efficiently.

Contribute to a creative environment where visual quality is non‑negotiable.

What We Require

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8‑hour periods; able to sit, stand, reach, and kneel for long periods.

Comfortable with lifting, moving, building, and problem‑solving on set; film carpenter mind‑set.

Able to improvise with props, materials, and tight timelines.

Love visual aesthetics, décor, and design details; notice placement, color harmony, styling, and continuity.

Strong at managing inventory, tracking materials, and keeping spaces orderly.

Follow instructions well and execute quickly.

Great attitude, team player, and easy to work with under pressure.

Calm, clear, and adaptable in fast‑paced production environments.

Experience in art departments, set design, visual merchandising, or styling.

Hungry to learn and grow in a high‑volume studio setting.
