Base pay range $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Pay: $40 - $50.00HR plus incentives
SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $5,000.00
Full-time, year-round work EFFECTIVE JAN 2026 - NO ON-CALL
Technicians are dispatched from home
*Annual Earning potential $100K+ based on performance

Qualifications: What You Need:
2+ years of
residential
HVAC service experience
EPA certification
Ability to provide our customer with excellent Customer Service
Valid driver’s license
Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug test in accordance with Massachusetts law.
