Company hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm. We prioritize keeping weekends free for family.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Hydrovac Operator with all aspects of hydrovac excavation.
Handle and operate high-pressure water hoses and vacuum hoses to expose underground utilities safely.
Set up, monitor, and break down hydrovac equipment at job sites.
Keep the hydrovac truck clean, organized, and properly maintained (basic daily checks, cleaning debris tank, greasing, fluids, etc.).
Assist with dumping and disposal of debris at approved locations.
Follow safe digging practices and all site-specific safety requirements.
Perform general labor duties such as shoveling, trenching, site cleanup, and assisting crews with concrete, pipe installation, and equipment operation.
Support craft workers, such as carpenters, operators, mechanics, and drivers.
Operate and maintain tools, pumps, generators, and power equipment as needed.
Work safely in confined or hazardous environments when required.
Required Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting up to 60 lbs, bending, climbing, kneeling, etc.).
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with hydrovac, construction, utility work, or heavy equipment.
Class A or B CDL (or willingness to obtain).
Mechanical aptitude.
Work Environment
Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Must wear required PPE: hard hat, eye protection, and hearing protection.
Work may include confined spaces or hazardous areas with proper training and equipment.
