Attendance
Understands posted work schedule and reports to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks.
Provides appropriate notice when unable to be at work.
Provides written notice for being late or absent as required.
Understands and uses approved time keeping system.
Cooperation with Management

Qualifications Pay and Benefits
Part-Time Employees (30 hours a week or less)
Wage rate - $15.49 to $18.00.
NJ Sick Leave - You accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.
Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.
Full-Time Employees (32 hours a week or more)
Wage rate - $15.49 to $19.00.
NJ Sick Leave - You accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.
Eligible for medical, dental and health insurance.
Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.
