Base Pay Range $14.00/hr - $14.00/hr
Position Overview Under the direct supervision of store management, is responsible for customer service, facility security and maintenance, greeting and assisting donors, breakdown of donations and the maintenance of accurate donor records.
Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities
Greets donors in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner; assists to unload donations from vehicles, offers tax receipts, and maintains accurate daily counts of donations.
Breaks-down donations into categories.
Maintains drive-through and work area in a clean and organized manner.
Transports trash to compactor/dumpster and operates the compactor as needed.
Adheres to all personnel policies and procedures; follows good safety and security practices, including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the Manager on Duty.
Accomplishes retail and organization mission by completing related assignments as needed.
Qualifications and Special Skills Required
Possess good eyesight and color definition.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to quickly assess goods and determine appropriate routing.
Functional reading and writing skills.
Ability to use hand truck.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
