Job Details
Role: Mold Technician with Growing Industry Leader
Pay: $25–$35/hr depending on experience
Shift Options: 1st or 2nd shift
Overtime: Occasionally available (2–16 hours/week when active)
Growth Opportunities: Advancement through structured technician and maker levels (Tech → Maker 1, 2, 3)
Responsibilities:
Perform changeovers, cleaning, polishing, and repair on large-scale molds
Operate manual and CNC equipment to complete necessary maintenance
Troubleshoot mold‑related issues and ensure production readiness
Maintain tools, equipment logs, and a clean work environment
Order and track parts as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with mold repair and maintenance preferred
Familiarity with both manual and CNC machining
Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems
Ability to read blueprints and maintenance instructions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
