Maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and towels for the hotel, restaurant, and banquet facilities. Organize, clean, and sanitize the laundry room. Separate items by class, fabric, and color. Operate commercial washer and dryer, wash and dry all linens using proper techniques. Fold, stack, and store linen items properly. Inspect linens for stains, discoloration, and tears; remove garments not up to standards. Keep accurate inventory records. Notify Executive Housekeeper if machinery is not working properly. Perform any additional duties as requested by management to improve operation and guest service. Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and operations. Ability to adhere to SOPs and brand standards. Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally. Flexible schedule; available for nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in restrictive spaces. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
