Common Area Attendant – Worldmark Gleneden Beach Resort

to help keep our resort clean and welcoming for guests. As a
Common Area Attendant , you’ll keep interior and exterior areas pristine, support guests, and help uphold the company’s mission to put the world on vacation.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests both indoors and outdoors.
Perform housekeeping throughout the resort, including dusting, polishing furniture, counters, mirrors, and fixtures.
Wash floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork; sweep, scrub, mop floors, clean and vacuum carpets.
Re‑supply restrooms and locker rooms with paper products and other necessary supplies.
Remove trash, pick up debris, empty containers, and transport materials to disposal and recycling areas.
Observe precautions to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
Respond promptly and completely to guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining positive relationships with guests, owners, and associates.
Qualifications
Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude.
Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.
