As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll support clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and/or other cognitive impairments with personalized, 1:1 care in the safety of their homes: Cognitive & behavioral support (gentle reminders, redirection, structure to reduce confusion) Personal care (assisting with dressing, grooming, hygiene, meals) Home safety & housekeeping (basic cleaning, laundry, organizing) Transportation (driving clients to appointments, errands, grocery shopping) Companionship (conversation, music, memory games, sensory activities) Qualifications
At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience At least 18 years of age Valid CNA / HHA / PCA certification Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle Bonus will be paid via Caribou. Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and must be eligible to work in the US.
