Job Title
Janitor – Evening Shift, Part Time
Company The Facilities Group (Red River Sanitors)
Location Red River Sanitors, Shreveport, LA
Schedule Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Compensation Pay: $9.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Efficiently clean client buildings throughout the shift (dusting, mopping, sweeping, restroom cleaning, and trash removal).
Maximize service quality to represent a good company image.
Use supplies and equipment properly.
Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service.
Performance Expectations
Perfect attendance – no unexcused absences or tardies.
Great customer feedback.
Start on time and work within budgeted hours.
Minimize accidents and damage.
Find and fix problems promptly.
Requirements
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to consent to and pass a background screen.
Authorization to work in the U.S. (E‑Verify required).
Strong work ethic and desire for long‑term employment.
