Shift:
Multiple shifts available (pay may vary by shift)
What You’ll Do
Assemble and test instruments on the production floor
Perform functional and release testing on moderately complex equipment
Review test data and determine
pass/fail
results
Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, or software issues
Improve system performance using test results (movement, lighting, accuracy)
Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standards
Identify defects and suggest process improvements
Train and support team members as needed
Work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams
Follow
GMP, safety, and quality
guidelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Perform material handling for parts and sub-assemblies
Be flexible to work overtime when required
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Mechatronics or a related field
OR
5+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting
Experience testing or troubleshooting equipment
Ability to read blueprints and measure dimensions
Familiarity with hand tools (torque drivers, gauges, etc.)
Basic PC and Windows experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Team-oriented with good communication skills
