Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision and adherence to recipes and plating guidelines.
Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the highest quality and presentation standards.
Collaborate with the culinary team to organize and set up stations for service.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
Qualifications
Culinary experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands.
Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our guests.
Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and all holidays.
Stand and move for the duration of shift.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Work near hot surfaces and open flames.
Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform repetitive motions (chopping, stirring).
