Responsibilities
Select and gather products for customers’ online orders efficiently while ensuring freshness and quality.
Initiate and complete customer order selection, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers’ cars when they arrive for pick‑up.
Scan and bag orders on the go, following all bagging standards.
Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick‑up and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food‑safety procedures, and company guidelines.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
Report pricing, scanning, or item‑location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the e‑Commerce supervisor.
Inspect equipment and notify the Pick‑Up supervisor or other store management of items needing repair.
Perform required opening and closing procedures.
Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
Meet or exceed productivity and customer‑service standards.
Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment and manage conflict in a nonconfrontational manner.
Provide support to customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
Perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications
Ability to work without supervision.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Previous Experience
Experience as a personal shopper, in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
