Industrial Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00/hour ($1.00 shift differential)
Job Overview Our client is seeking an Industrial Technician or Journeyman to join their team. The role involves troubleshooting production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and installing/repairing manufacturing equipment. Candidates should work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams, operate with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Installs, repairs, rebuilds, and maintains precision machines and production tools.
Diagnoses machine malfunctions and plans and implements actions to return equipment to operation and prevent future breakdowns.
Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals to perform safe and effective repairs.
Requirements
Experience troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues.
Associate degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.
Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
