We are looking for a compassionate and flexible
Part‑Time Job Coach
to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in
the Bronx . This role offers a personalized schedule based on your availability and the needs of the individuals we serve.

Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate:
$20 per hour
Schedule:
20 hours per week, with hours that may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 10–20 clients, primarily in the field (majority of time spent at job sites).
Teach, assist, and support new workers in their jobs using techniques such as demonstration of tasks, modeling, counseling, observation, and discussion.
Provide training and support to workers with disabilities, ensuring their success in their roles.
Travel to route new workers from home to job sites.
Write detailed service notes after each session to monitor client progress and outcomes.
