Responsibilities
Ensure all stations remain stocked before and during dinner service.
Verify that kitchen staff follows recipes and portion control accurately.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
Place food and supply orders as directed by Chef or other management.
Receive product and verify invoices and product freshness.
Train new kitchen staff as needed.
Participate actively as a member of the management team.
Manage staffing levels throughout the shift.
Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in food preparation.
Culinary training preferred, not required.
Knowledge of basic training techniques and local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws.
Strong communication and team‑work skills.
Ability to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers.
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
Less than 2 moving violations and no more than one chargeable accident in the last three years.
