Journeyman Service Plumber

to join our team. This role focuses on high-quality, customer-facing residential plumbing service and replacement, with no new construction or commercial work.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, drains, and piping

Educate customers on their plumbing systems and recommend options or upgrades in a professional, understandable manner

Conduct thorough evaluations and present service options with clarity and confidence

Perform installations and repairs according to local plumbing codes and industry standards

Maintain detailed records of each job and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection

Deliver a Five-Star customer experience at every service visit

Help ensure permit compliance and documentation accuracy when required

Participate in routine team meetings and training opportunities

Requirements

3–5 years of residential plumbing service experience

preferred

Must hold or be eligible for a

Journeyman Plumber License

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices

Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Class E license required within 30 days of hire)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
