Job Summary The dine‑in food and beverage Server, Waitress or Waiter is a core team member of a scratch‑kitchen restaurant. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations.
Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests in choosing menu items and answer their questions.
Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
Job Requirements
Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
Have a current Food Handlers Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain it.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑work environment.
