The position of
Executive Housekeeper
will give you the opportunity to learn a number of areas within the hotel. It will bring an environment that is fast paced and will allow you to shape our culture from day one.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededRespond to guest complaints and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel setting
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
