What You’ll Do Guest Arrival & Departure

Greet guests warmly at the entrance and provide a genuine, personalized welcome.

Assist guests with luggage handling, including tagging, delivery to rooms, and secure storage.

Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel features, services, and amenities.

Coordinate transportation arrangements, including valet, taxis, ride services, and private transfers.

Provide a fond farewell by offering prompt assistance with luggage and departure needs.

Guest Service Excellence

Anticipate guest needs proactively and provide intuitive assistance in line with Forbes Five-Star standards.

Maintain clear knowledge of hotel outlets, room types, promotions, and local attractions.

Offer tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or concerns.

Operational Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage areas.

Record and track all luggage deliveries, pickups, and storage using hotel protocols.

Assist with concierge duties when necessary.

Support security efforts by monitoring traffic flow, guest activity, and unattended items.

Collaborate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and Housekeeping teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred; Forbes or AAA Five-Diamond experience is a plus.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong customer service orientation.

Responsible and safety-focused.

Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Professional demeanor and uniform.

Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy luggage safely and efficiently.

Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
