as a Job Coach and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) achieve their employment goals, gain confidence, and succeed in real-world job settings.
This is a
long‑term position , not seasonal or temporary. We’re seeking dependable team members who want to grow with us while helping others thrive.
New Pay Rate – Starting at $19.35/Hour!
We’ve increased our pay to better reflect the value of this meaningful role. Starting rates may increase based on relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support individuals with IDD as they learn job tasks and adjust to workplace expectations
Teach essential skills: communication, time management, problem‑solving, and teamwork
Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and job site supervisors
Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and support
Who We’re Looking For
Compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed
18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years (permit time excluded)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands‑on support as needed
Available to attend paid New Hire Training (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) 2 weeks
